It seems that the birds here in Hawaii are compeletely not afarid of human beinigs. I have lots of birds landing on my patio every morning and even try to come into the room. There are pigeons, Finch, and some other kind of birds. And they even sat on my feet at one point!

Hawaii Sunshine And Beach

Bathing in the Hawaii warm sunshine on the beach under the blue sky and next to the blue ocean. Not to think about anything but just relax.

After the 15-hour long trip, I finally got to Honolulu, Hawaii this afternoon. Tired like a dog but great ocean view from the hotel room.

Long Work Day

Nothing is better than 3 scoops of Ben & Jerry ice cream under 80s warm sunshine after a long 12-hour workday. But that was 3 hours ago and it is pouring rain, lighting and thunder outside with the severe weather warning.

Birthday Drawing From A Friend

It is nice to have some friends to remember my birthday. I got a virtual gift on LJ from Cory. In addition, I got this nice hand drawing birthday picture from Joel. Really nice! :)

Big Layoff At Work

Here comes another round of layoff in this bad economy. Almost half of the people at work were told that they would lose their jobs in phases before the end of this year. Most of those are the manufacture jobs and all those people have been working very hard and even sustain the mandatory overtime during the weekends and holidays in the past 6 months. It is really hard to see your co-workers crying at the cafeteria, calling their friends and family on the phone with depressed voice after this kind of bad news in the gloomy economy condition.
